Meet Our Team
Seth Fuller
The original and founding Texas Trial Champion, Seth grew up in Garland, Texas. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M, he received his Juris Doctorate from the top-ranked University of Texas School of Law. Since then, Seth has been championing the rights of all citizens in courtrooms across the state, from the lowest misdemeanors to the most serious felonies, including Capital Murder. Seth believes the justice system works best when everyone involved zealously seeks justice. He believes the best way for his clients to receive the maximum benefits and the minimum punishment is always to be ready to exercise basic Constitutional rights and always to be ready to take it to trial. Outside of the courtroom, Seth is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, an MMA referee and judge, and runs his own non-profit helping sick, disabled, and disadvantaged children. He also loves spending time with his wife and two children at their home in Denton, Texas.
Andrea Simmons,
Of Counsel
Andrea served as Assistant District Attorney in the Denton County District Attorney’s Office from 2006–2022. After working in the juvenile division, she was transferred to Appellate Division. She served as the Chief of the Appellate Division for approximately 3 years. In addition to direct appeals, Andrea assisted trial teams pre-trial and during the trial with their legal research needs and provided legal advice. Andrea now serves the appellate needs of the citizens of the State of Texas in a different capacity: defending the appellate rights of those convicted of a crime.
Claudia Burgos
Our office administrator, Claudia, is the glue that holds the office together and our main point of contact with all of our valued clients. Claudia has a bachelors from the University of North Texas and is currently pursuing her law degree.
